Adults Martial Arts Testimonials
"Master Theros,
I wanted to thank you again for your words of encouragement yesterday.
I write all this just to say thank you. Your school is unique and is growing by leaps and bounds. I have "bought in" to your program. The leadership training is wonderful.
I have been in leadership positions for much of my life. From high school athletics where I was captian of every athletic program I was a part of, to being the head drum major of the largest marching band in the state. At Purdue I was elected president of my fraternity, I lead and organized campus wide book discussions, and was a teaching assistant for organic chemistry labs, not to mention student coordinator for other student clubs/orgs/ensembles.
Even with that experience, your leadership training still helps me to sharpen and enhance my leadership skills and this will definately serve me as I have many aspirations and goals for the future.
Not that you need to hear it from me, but please keep up the exceptional work. It is an honor to train with and learn from you, and it is also an honor to be a part of this organization.
Again thanks for everything.

“The commitment that I grew over the past year of training with Level 10 Martial Arts has positively affected almost every corner of my life, and has positively affected my family and friends. This is clearly a pivotal point of positive change in my life.
I came to Level 10 Martial Arts College with the goal of not improving myself, but my son’s discipline, focus and social skills. With a slight knowledge that martial arts aims to develop that in people, it seemed a good path to take to take to help my son’s behavior. What we have learned and gained in the year past was beyond what I would have thought we could get out of Level 10 Martial Arts. My son is more focused in so many ways, and I cite the core structure of the LTMA school, but more importantly, the talent and commitment of the LTMA staff in helping us through rocky parts. They have truly come to my assistance to guide my son’s behavior and help him gain a appreciate of a sport and lifestyle that he would have never had.
As an added bonus, I have found a whole new lifestyle and passion.
During the beginning months, I joined the school with my son to support him. I soon found that he was looking to me not only for guidance, but to be an example of how to perform forms, self-defense and leadership within the school. I found that while teaching him, I found that I truly enjoyed the work and sport. I found a start of a balance within myself that I have only briefly thought that I could have, both mental and physical. I began to lose weight and gain strength and dexterity. It was quite unbelievable that I could enjoy something so much, and still be able to support my son in his growth of self-discipline.
During the year of work at LTMA, my son and I have been able to enjoy something together, which is a bond that I always try to enhance. With Master Theros’s and the LTMA staff’s support of Aidan, I truly believe that we will attain such a wealth of inner success and personal growth. I can’t wait to see how different we will be when our black belt catches up with us!
LTMA, thank you for being such a great resource for us!”
Sincerely, Erin Sparks (37, Internet Marketing Consultant)
“The Martial Art has changed my life completely. When I started I was very shy, over-weight, and out of shape. I began to see changes in myself almost immediately. I started to feel more confidence, and the weight loss was coming hand in hand with the physical activity. To this date I have lost a total of fifty pounds, but more importantly I have kept it off. I had tried gyms but always lost my motivation and would eventually stop going and be right back where I started. With the martial arts I had a personal motivator in every class. Not only did I achieve weight loss and better physical condition but I also gained self confidence. I said that I was very shy but now I am teaching classes and talking in front of large groups almost on a daily basis. The martial arts helped me become the person I am today."

"I know
that it sounds cliche but the biggest change I have seen is my confidence. I
was always one of those people who watched the ground when I walked and had
trouble making eye contact during regular conversation. That is certainly no
longer the case. I have also gained a lot of physical improvement. I used to
take two different inhalers for my asthma (one twice a day every day and one
only as I needed). Now I only use the as needed one very rarely-usually I don't
even need it to take class. My flexibility, strength and endurance have all
improved drastically.
I
used go to the gym and run on the treadmill all day long and not see much
of a real improvement in my endurance or physical condition (my pace,
time, and asthma never got any better after a year). But when I joined LTMA that
all changed. Also the school focuses a lot on developing the internal side.
They teach respect, discipline, honesty, integrity, confidence, etc not just to
the kids but also the adults."
